Consultation Fee

At Glow Aesthetics Dermatology Clinic every patient receives very comprehensive treatment and care provided by individuals who have an expertise in their particular field. Each person and business with whom we operate has been carefully selected for the quality of their product or service that they offer. To our Patients we offer competitive pricing for the treatments and procedures and the reassurance that the treatment will reflect the quality and care throughout.

In order to maintain our professional and ethical standards we charge a fee for an initial consultation appointment with our expert doctors. Time to time we run promotions for free consultation with our expert doctors. During such promotional period initial consultation is provided free of charge to our patients but consultation fee may be chargeable on any subsequent consultation.

Our team is here to help provide you with all the necessary information and medical advice you may need to make an informed decision about your treatment or procedure.

Cancellations and Late Arrivals

Cancellations can be made by phone, email or in person at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. We would be grateful if you could be sure to do so, as soon as you know, to avoid any confusion and to help us maintain our level of service to all of our patients.

We do our best to accommodate late arrivals however, there may be times when a late arrival may result in reduced consultation or treatment time, or we may have to reschedule your appointment.

Refund Policy

All treatment packages must be paid in full prior to the first treatment session.

All treatment sessions must be completed within twelve (12) months from the date of purchase. Any unused treatment sessions remaining after the 12-month validity period will expire and be forfeited without refund or extension.

All prepaid treatments and treatment packages are strictly non-refundable.

If a treatment is deemed no longer suitable due to a change in the client’s medical condition or eligibility, the Clinic may, at its sole discretion, issue a credit note or gift voucher in lieu of a cash refund. Any approved credit will be calculated by deducting the full individual brochure standard price of each treatment session already completed, together with any applicable non-attendance, late cancellation, or other applicable charges, from the total amount paid for the treatment package. Any remaining balance will be issued as a credit to the client’s account or as a credit note and shall not be redeemable for cash.

Cancelled, missed, or forfeited treatment sessions are not eligible for cash refunds.

Liability

Glow Aesthetic and Dermatology Clinic will not be liable in contract, tort or otherwise for any economic loss (including, without limitation, loss of profit), or for any other special, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of, or in connection with, its provision of any goods and services to the client.

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that he or she provide Glow Aesthetic and Dermatology Clinic with all relevant medical details prior to each treatment. Glow Aesthetic and Dermatology Clinic will not be liable for any damage that occurs as a result of the client’s failure to disclose such details.

The client agrees to comply with all instructions and recommendations given to them by, or on behalf of, Glow Aesthetic and Dermatology Clinic regarding the care of a treated area. Nothing in these terms of business shall exclude or limit Glow Aesthetic and Dermatology Clinic’s liability for any personal injury resulting from Glow Aesthetic and Dermatology Clinic’s negligence.

Complaints

Glow Aesthetic and Dermatology Clinic endeavours to treat all its clients appropriately, compassionately and fairly. If, however, you have an issue with any matter in relation to your treatment at Glow Aesthetic and Dermatology Clinic, you are entitled to lodge a complaint, either verbally, by telephone or in writing.
